Terms & Conditions

The general terms for visiting Yugos and using the Yugos API, documentation, accounts, and console when available.

1. Your agreement with us

These terms are between you and BitMind Holdings Limited, a company in the Cayman Islands that operates Yugos. They apply to yugos.ai and related services we provide. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. A separate written agreement with us takes priority where it expressly changes these terms.

2. Availability and preview features

The public console is currently coming soon. Documentation may describe preview features, staging configurations, or intended workflows. Access to a feature depends on its release and your eligibility; a description or announcement does not guarantee a release date or general availability.

We may update models, features, interfaces, limits, and documentation as the service develops. Availability can depend on third-party providers. Any service level or availability commitment must be stated in a separate agreement with us.

3. Accounts, credentials, and your applications

Where accounts are enabled, provide accurate information and protect your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for keeping your applications and their users within the access and usage limits provided. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may integrate the API into your applications in accordance with these terms, the applicable documentation, and any model-specific restrictions communicated for the service. Access does not transfer ownership of our software, branding, or underlying provider models.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Submit content you are not authorized to provide, including unlawfully obtained personal or confidential information.
• Steal credentials, access another account without permission, or bypass authentication, security, billing, or usage restrictions.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or deliberately overload or disrupt our systems or providers.
• Use a model in violation of applicable usage restrictions that are identified for it, or misrepresent generated content as independently verified by Yugos.

5. Inputs, outputs, and responsibility for results

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit. You give us permission to process that content and transmit it to relevant service and model providers to perform your requests, operate the service, maintain security, and meet legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an API request does not give us a general right to publish your content as community material.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others. Review it for your intended use, including the accuracy, rights, and safety of any code or other material, before relying on it. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken using outputs and for tools your own application executes. We do not promise that an output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Paid usage, balances, and billing

If paid access is enabled for your account, the prices and purchase terms shown for that access apply. You authorize charges for your purchases and usage, including applicable taxes. Usage may include the model calls and billable routing or checking operations identified for the service. Consult the usage and billing guide for the current workflow.

An estimate or pending reservation is not a final charge. Usage can remain pending while cost evidence is being reconciled. A browser return from a payment page does not by itself confirm that funds have been credited. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider through its payment flow.

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and any purchase terms disclosed to you. Contact us with the relevant payment or request reference for a billing question. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.

7. Third-party models and services

Yugos can rely on third-party models, infrastructure, and payment or account services. Their availability and behavior can affect requests. External links and independently provided services are governed by their own terms and policies. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we do not guarantee continued access to a particular model or endorse external content.

8. Our intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors retain rights in the Yugos service, software, documentation, and branding, except for rights belonging to you or other third parties. You may use the service and documentation for their intended purpose under these terms. Other uses of our branding or protected material require permission or another lawful basis.

If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not change the treatment of personal information under our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and ending access

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms. We may also discontinue a feature or the service, subject to any notice or other obligations imposed by law or a separate agreement. We will provide notice where reasonably possible and appropriate.

You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account. Ending access does not automatically cancel charges already incurred or records we must retain. Provisions intended to continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, and applicable liability terms, continue to apply.

10. Warranties and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for your particular use. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, where the law permits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights and remedies.

11. Governing law and other terms

These terms are governed by Cayman Islands law, and disputes relating to them are subject to the Cayman Islands courts, except where applicable law requires a different law or forum or protects mandatory rights in your place of residence.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest of these terms continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive it. These terms and any applicable separate agreement form the agreement for the service they cover.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and give any additional notice required by law for material changes. Where the law permits, using the service after a change takes effect means accepting the updated terms.
