YUGOS · BitMind Holdings Limited
Privacy Policy
Effective: October 21, 2026
How we handle information when you visit Yugos, contact our team, or use our API and console as those features become available.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
BitMind Holdings Limited, a company in the Cayman Islands, operates Yugos. This policy covers yugos.ai and the related Yugos API, documentation, account, and console services we provide. References to “we” or “us” mean BitMind Holdings Limited. Our Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using these services.
The console is currently coming soon. Sections about accounts, inference, and payments apply when you are given access to those features; visiting this website does not create a paid account.
2. Information we handle
- Website and technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security events needed to deliver and protect the website.
- Account and service information. When account features are available, this can include your email address, profile information you supply, workspace and project identifiers, account access records, and information about API keys and sessions.
- Inference content. When you use the API, we process the prompts, conversation history, tool definitions or results, and other inputs you send, together with generated outputs, as needed to carry out your requests.
- Usage and payment records. These can include model identifiers, token usage, request status, charges, prepaid balances, and payment or refund references. Payment card information is collected by the payment processor through its payment flow.
- Communications. We receive the contact information and message content you choose to send when asking for help or contacting our team.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the website, authenticate users, administer accounts, process inference requests, maintain usage and billing records, respond to support enquiries, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may also use technical information to understand reliability and improve the service.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent by contacting us.
4. Model providers and other service providers
Providing inference requires sending relevant request content to selected model providers and the infrastructure used to reach them. Routing and checking operations may also process that content. The providers involved depend on the models and features used for a request. Provider processing and retention practices can differ, so review any applicable model-specific information before submitting sensitive material.
We also use providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, email delivery, and payment processing. They receive information needed for their role. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes Checkout payments under its own privacy policy. Yugos does not collect full card numbers through its own application forms.
Yugos billing receipts contain financial and usage metadata rather than prompts, generated responses, or tool arguments. This describes the receipt records; it does not mean that no other service component or model provider processes request content.
5. Cookies and account security
Account features use session and security cookies to support sign-in and protect access. You can control cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent account features from working. If we introduce optional tracking that requires a choice or consent, we will provide the applicable information and controls.
6. Other disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal request, to investigate misuse or protect people and the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. These disclosures remain subject to applicable law.
7. Retention and international processing
We keep information for the purposes described here, including providing the service, resolving disputes, maintaining security, and satisfying accounting or legal requirements. Retention depends on the information and its purpose. Some records may need to remain after an account closes. Model providers may apply their own retention rules.
We and our service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, we use the safeguards required for those transfers.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal exceptions or retention requirements may apply. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Please send only information you are entitled to provide, including appropriate permission for personal information about other people. Keep passwords, API keys, and unnecessary sensitive information out of support messages.
9. Security, other websites, and children
We use measures intended to limit unauthorized access and protect information, but no online system is completely secure. External websites and independently operated services have their own privacy practices. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide any additional notice or choices required by applicable law for material changes.
